Booking & lessons
How do I book a theory lesson?

On the home page pick a date, language and format (online or on-site), choose a lesson and complete the booking. You then receive a ticket with your personal participation code.

What is the difference between online and on-site?

Online you join the live class by video – just enter your code at class.fahringo.com. On-site you attend the driving school in person and show your QR code at check-in.

Can I cancel a booking?

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start; after that a fee applies. For a refund, submit a request in your account or open a ticket here.

Identity & KYC
Why do I have to verify my identity?

So your theory lesson can be officially recognised, we need to make sure it is really you attending. Before the class you scan your ID (front and back) and do a short face check.

What do I need for identity verification?

Have your ID card or passport ready on both sides (front and back) and make sure lighting is good. For online lessons the check runs via phone camera, on-site it happens at check-in.

Payment & invoice
Which payment methods are available?

Payment runs securely via Stripe. Card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more are available – you choose in the final booking step.

Where do I find my invoice?

After successful payment you find your booking and receipt in your account under “My bookings”. For invoice questions open a ticket here.

In the class
How do I join the online class?

Open class.fahringo.com and enter your personal participation code (on your ticket). The room opens 10 minutes before the start. Camera is required.

My audio/video does not work – what can I do?

Allow the browser to access camera and microphone, preferably use Chrome or Safari and a stable connection. If that does not help, open a ticket here – we will assist you.
